despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

95 excavators
I am currently (not currently because I am not wrapping as I type) wrapping up 95 excavators as presents for our brokers!
I used to wrap up presents all pretty. Tuck in all edges, make them look perfect. Put bows on them and ribbon. Now I just slap the paper on, tape it and put it under the tree. I don't like wrapping presents anymore. I don't put bows on them. Presents are really pretty on TV. Wrapping 95 presents would drive me bonkers.

You know what sending means though, don't you? A trip to the Post Office! Think of how much fun that will be...
