despite being a chocoholic I have managed to lose 4 and a half stone in 12 months. This is my diary of the highs and lows of trying to keep the weight off (or at least under reasonable control).

going around in circles
Evie is moving around now on her front but still isnt crawling...
...she tends to pivot around in a anti clockwise direction ;o)

Wow, she sure is getting to be mobile. And babbling a lot, too! How fun for you to watch her grow like this.
